Hi all,
I know I’ve been quiet on this front and I will be getting back into a routine of zooms and writing posts hopefully in the next few weeks. But today is a tough one. I’d love to hold space for some movement, breathing, sitting with any of you that can join me.

Take care of yourself today. Hug your babies, partners, friends, family, yourself. Sit in the grief or rage or whatever you might be feeling. Give yourself time.
